Terms and Conditions

The Client accepts the following terms and conditions by means of making use of the services of Passion Models Management and/or its successors, assigns, and/or the legal entities/natural persons affiliated with it.   By accepting services from Passion Models Management, the parties, including Clients, as defined below, consent the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by same.

Definitions

In these general terms and conditions the following terms have the following meanings:

Terms and Conditions: These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Passion Models Management.

 The company Passion Models Unlimited is a Delaware business.

Client: Legal entities as well as natural persons with a minimum age of 30 years who wish to conclude or have concluded an Encounter agreement with Passion Models Unlimited.

Companion:  The persons engaged by Passion Models Unlimited with a minimum age of 21 years, who execute an Encounter of the Client out of their own free will. These persons are always independent contractors of Passion Models Management.

Encounters: The agreement for companionship and all other agreements between the Client and Passion Models Management.

Encounter Confirmation:  Confirmation via email by Passion Models Management to the Client in which the agreements with regard to an Encounter between the Client and Passion Models Management is delineated.

Assignment: Every request from a (future) Client to Passion Models Management made via the Website, by email, telephone, text message, or any other means of communication, in which the Client has the intention to make use of Passion Models Management’ provision of service.

Additional Services: Services provided by Passion Models Management which do not refer to the company of Companion, but for example (special) transportation, travel itinerary, travel documents, special clothing, catering and/or stay, etc.

Article 2. Registration, readability and legality 

2.1  For discretion reasons, a general consultancy name will be listed for all electronic payments. 

2.2  Client agrees that it cannot visit Passion Models Management at any physical address.

2.3 Passion Models Unlimited can be reached in writing at the following email address: [email protected]

Article 3. Coming into effect of the Encounter

3.1 All offers or quotes made by Passion Models Management are without obligation, unless otherwise set out in the offer or quote.

3.2 An Encounter will only come into effect at the time when Passion Models Management has expressly accepted the Order or Assignment. 

The Encounter Confirmation from Passion Models Management will be deemed to correctly and completely represent the Encounter.

3.3 The Encounter will be instead of and will replace all earlier proposals, correspondence, arrangements, or other communication, made in writing or as the case may be verbally.

3.4 Passion Models Management, its directors and its staff reserve the right to refuse any Assignment at any time without notice or provocation, for whatever reason seems fit.

Article 4. Rates

4.1 All services offered by Passion Models Management are subject to a 0% sales tax.

4.2 The profile of each Companion lists an overview of the rate per maximum duration and per Encounter type. 

The duration of the Encounter which is decided in advance is the “pre-booked Encounter duration”. The Encounter can be extended to a desired duration. Only the additional price for the longer duration will be charged. If a Client wishes to terminate the Encounter prematurely, there is no refund.

Article 5. Payments

5.1 Companions pays Passion Models Management's 40% booking and management fees when the client pays them when they arrives to the date via Major Credit & Debit Cards,CashApp or Zelle.

5.2 The availability of all payment options is not guaranteed and subject to availability.Passion Models Management can limit the payment options for a Client.

5.4 For discretion reasons, a general consultancy name will be listed for all electronic payments. This name is a registered trade name of Passion Models Management.

Article 6. Encounter requirements

6.1 An Assignment can be provided daily during Opening hours.

6.2 During an Encounter, no other people can be present unless in a public environment. Any persons expected to be present at the time of the encounter must be disclosed to agency staff at the time of booking.

6.3 If a Client fails to meet any requirement as stated in Article 6, he/she is offered a one time opportunity to make sure the requirement(s) is/are met within a reasonable timeframe. The time spend is at the expense of the Client. If a Client is unwilling or not capable to meet the requirement(s), the Encounter is immediately terminated without right to refund.

Article 7. Client requirements

7.1 Client will handle all communication surrounding Assignment and/or Encounter him/herself. It is not permitted to place an Assignment for an Encounter for third parties.

7.2 Client needs to be at least 30 years old and in professional work like Doctor,Lawyer,Businessperson,Accountant,Hedge Fund Manager,etc. In case of doubt about the age of the Client during the Encounter, the Client will present a valid proof of identity to the Companion for inspection.

7.3 Client must refrain from possession and/or, the use of and/or being under the influence of large amounts of alcohol and/or drugs. The Client must refrain from demanding and/or encouraging the Companion to consume alcoholic beverages and/or use drugs.

7.4 Client will ensure that at the commencement of, end of and during the Encounter the Companion is accessible for Passion Models Management and has regular internet access.

The contract with one of our girlfriend or boyfriend for hire dates is limited to companionship services only. 

Fees reflect hourly rates for dating companionship services and not for sexual services of any kind.

 In no manner shall the client or the companion engage in the request of an exchange of sexual acts for money. Sexual acts are not contracted for, nor is requested to be contracted for, or compensated for in any manner. 

By confirming your encounter with a deposit, you acknowledge that you understand that the agency and owner of passion models management will not make any exceptions to the above stated rules and will strictly adhere to them.
